How to get there!
Golden Rose an be found north east of Sudbury. From River Valley, drive to the end of Hwy. 539A until it changes to Hwy. 805. Continue on Hwy. 805 until you pass Glen Afton (a big bend before a former CNR crossing). Continue for 45 kilometres. Golden Rose Mine was on Emerald Lake, just a few kilometres south of the end of the sign announcing the end of Hwy. 805.
