The Dickinson's Landing town plan originated from Belden's Historical Atlas dated 1879.

You can see the Cornwall Canal just south east of the village. The lighthouse was located on the very tip.

At the time this plan was prepared, Dickinson's Landing had declined in importance but continued to support a few farm based industries.
